Harbinger Group, a global technology provider of software products and services, today announced the appointment of Avinash Lele as its Chief Growth Officer.

Avinash will be responsible for increasing sales through crafting successful sales strategies, directing, guiding, and managing sales teams, and optimizing the end-to-end leads-to-closure process. He will report to Dr. Vikas Joshi, Chairman and Managing Director, Harbinger Group.

Avinash is an industry veteran with over three decades of experience serving at prominent CXO and board-level positions at leading companies like L&T Infotech, Cybage Software, and Hexaware Technologies. Before joining Harbinger, he was a board member and President at iOPEX Technologies. Avinash is an alumnus of The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania where he studied Advanced Management and the Northwestern University for Corporate Law.
