GIBF initiative will strengthen India-Trinidad and Tobago business ties: Meenakshi Lekhi
New Delhi. Inauguration of India- Trinidad, and Tobago Business Cultural Council and National MSME Awards for Business Excellence event were graced by Global India Business Forum at Le Meridien Hotel, Connaught Place, Delhi. The chief guest of the program was Meenakshi Lekhi, Union Minister, Government of India, who addressed the ambassadors and awardee business entrepreneurs of many countries present in the program through video conferencing, she said that ‘India-Trinidad and Tobago’ from this event International business relations will be further strengthened. I congratulate all the award-winning business entrepreneurs who have come to the program.
Ambassadors of many countries were present in this program. In which Senior Diplomat Dr. Preetha Rajaram, Ambassador of Zimbabwe HE Dr. GM Chipare H.E. Andrei Rzewski of Belarus, H.E. Charandas Persaud of Guyana, High Commissioner of Nigeria Tijjani Aldric, High Commissioner of Fiji Elia Sewutia, Lok Sabha Secretary besides India and many other dignitaries People were present. He honored Indian entrepreneurs by giving them awards. Dr. Roger Gopal, High Commissioner of Trinidad and Tobago, praised India and said ‘India has very good people and we want to strengthen business relations with them. Our country has open business opportunities for India’. Award-winning entrepreneurs said that they are extremely happy to receive the award. This award motivates them to do better. Especially when a new businessman is awarded, he wants to become a more successful entrepreneur.
Dr. Jitendra Joshi, President of, Global India Business Forum said that through GIBF, we are constantly striving to realize the dream of a self-reliant India of the Modi government. Especially we are trying to promote the new startup businessman. Due to this a new identity is being created in his business world. Due to this, along with business, new employment opportunities are also increasing in the country.
